Hi, what’s the deal behind Ebisu hating Toubyou so much? I know he and Kurahashi seemed to be paired up a lot in artwork (they’re roommates and in the same club iirc) but Kurahashi doesn’t seem to like Toubyou or anyone in the class when he’s alone with Ebisu, so what’s the big deal?

ok you see a very intentional and important part of ebisu's personality is he's a little childish. he's a picky eater, ghosts in toilets scare him, he holds grudges based on vibes and doesnt like to get along with most people (contrast with ranmaru and genbu who have beef but can still work together, that sensei specifically puts it "they're adults about it")

kurahashi can tell ebisu he """doesnt care about school""" or whatever as much as he wants (whether it is or is not true), ebisu has eyes and can see him smiling and laughing hanging out with his friends all day

I think the Pokemon Planet is like... A "Bermuda Triangle" in the PokeUniverse or PokeMultiverse whatever. Like imagine living in a planet where reality is SO unstable that people and creatures can simply, literally, no-clip out of the bounds of their dimension.

It's almost meta, like the first games in the series were riddled with bugs and glitches. Video games are naturally buggy and you can find yourself breaking the world through brute force or by complete accident.

So the world of Pokemon is super unstable and I can see how this could happen.

Infinity energy, the Power of Pokemon, stuff that powered AZ's Ultimate Weapon, Z-Moves, Ultra Wormholes, Palkia and Dialga's insane dragon powers, Arceus and the elemental types-- This is INCREADIBLE amounts of energy that even shape the ecosystems of the world itself. Regular Pokemon like Voltorb can cause EXPLOSIONS. SOLAR BEAM, HYPER BEAM...

With that amount of energy, it's no wonder there's such thing as Interpol's 'Faller' category and Ultra Beasts. These rifts in spacetime and parallel dimensions are naturally occurring.

And that thought is much more terrifying than anything else.
